At this time formal wear is all sales final and are labelled in the system as non- returnable/ non-refundable even with the original receipt. These items can be hemmed or altered for your special event, so we are unable to resell once purchased. If you need alterations, we have a few local contacts we can refer you to. 

Also our dresses and gowns come in a multi-tude of colors and sizes. We have a select few in stock and featured at this time but if you reach out to us directly, we can place a special order for you. The customer will be responsible for any special order shipping costs or fees. Also the special order could take 3-4 weeks in shipping before the custom order comes in, so please make sure to order well in advance.
