We gladly accept returns on items purchased within the last 30 days with the original receipt. Without a receipt we can attempt to look up the item but can only provide store credit at this time.
If the item is a custom made item we might not be able to return or we may have to return at a reduced price because we might not be able to resell the custom made item.
Also be aware, due to hygiene reasons, any intimate items purchased in order to be eligible for return, these items need to be unworn and still have any hygiene liners still attached.
